Running training

Regular running can improve physical endurance. Running is also an effective way to strengthen the cardiovascular system, regulate blood pressure and promote general heart health.
Warm up together, correct running techniques and off you go. Finish with stretching. This course is primarily aimed at beginners.

Possibility of a fitness level check after the running training session:
Performance diagnostics is a procedure in which an individual's physical performance is measured and assessed. The aim is to obtain detailed information on various aspects of fitness in order to create personalised training plans and optimise athletic performance. A common method for performance diagnostics is spiroergometry.
